Seductive sweet Cava of attractive yellow colour, fruit of a very special blend that turns it an excellent companion for desserts. A suggestive, fresh but simultaneously powerful aroma, with shades of flowers and white fruits (apple, peach) as well as plum. Succulent in palate with intense notes of sweet fruit and fresh acidity. A persistent finish, rich and harmonious with rounded olfactory sensations that culminates the set of pleasant sensations.

To serve cool, between 4 ºC and 6 ºC. An ideal complement for sweet desserts, fruits and pastries, highly recommended with caviar and pâté. The combination with lukewarm creams (marrow) can be pleasantly surprising.
