| White: Xarel.lo and Chardonnay. |
| Red: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. |

| Organic production |
| Organically produced wine is a natural product prepared so as to ensure topmost quality wine respecting the environment. During cultivation, organic vineyards do not therefore use any synthetic products that may damage the soil. Similarly, organic regulations restrict the use of sulphurs by half in cellars where the wines are prepared. Thus hygiene plays a major part in our cellar. |

| Tasting notes |
White: healthy organic wine with a pale straw colour and a notable floral bouquet. On the palate it is dry, with a flavoursome and very well-balanced finish.

Red: healthy organic wine, with more tannins, an intense colour, fuller bodied with a greater structure and more flavour and persistence.

| To serve the White cool, between 4 ºC and 6 ºC. and the Red between 14 ºC and 16 ºC. |
