| Organic production |
| Organically produced cava is a natural product, cultivated in such way to ensure the highest levels of quality, whilst also respecting the environment. Thus, the cultivation of the vines does not involve the use of any artificial product that could damage the land. Likewise, ecological regulations regarding wine production limit the use of sulphates by 50%. For this reason, here at the winery, we work with the highest possible levels of hygiene. |

| Tasting notes |
This natural cava has an intense flavour and mild bouquet, and is well-balanced on the palate. It offers pleasant hints of yeast and a good level of fizz. Staring at the incessant formation of small and delicate bubbles in the wine, cava lovers feel honoured to be able to enjoy this fruit of nature and savoir-faire, the perfect accompaniment for those special moments in one´s life.
