A cava with a rosé colour of certain intensity, with tones of strawberry and gooseberry. Well integrated fizz, with constant semi-fine bubbles and formation of crown in the surface of the glass. Intense and complex aroma, with memories of red berries, strawberry, gooseberry. Very balanced in mouth, with good acidity, structure and fruity, with pleasant notes of yeast and a persistent finish. |
To serve cool, between 4 ºC and 6 ºC. To be enjoyed with aperitifs, cheeses, fish and seafood, white meats, red meats, hunts, desserts but in special with red fruits. |
